長期吃雌激素 過度刺激恐致癌

一名 38歲女性從小就有經痛困擾，為改善經痛，便長期服用雌激素保健品，雖經痛未見改善，還自以為需長期調養，連續吃了 3-4年，直到最近發現連續有 4-5個月經期長達 8-9天，就診才發現竟是罹患子宮內膜癌。
國泰綜合醫院婦產科婦癌中心主任何志明表示，子宮內膜癌好發於 50歲左右停經女性， 9成病人都有子宮不正常出血症狀。近年有年輕化趨勢，約 5%發生於小於 40歲女性。
他指出，雌激素（動情激素）會造成過度刺激，是導致子宮內膜癌的因素之一，舉凡從未生育、長期單獨服用雌激素，多囊性卵巢症候群、較晚停經及肥胖者等，都是較容易罹子宮內膜癌的族群。
何志明指出，經核磁共振、電腦斷層等影像學檢查，判斷上述案例為子宮內膜癌第 1期，需分期手術，切除子宮、卵巢、輸卵管及骨盆淋巴。但因病人怕痛，且擔心傳統開腹手術傷口影響日後運動及生活作息，加上尚未生育，陰道很窄，無法進行腹腔鏡手術輔助經陰道子宮摘除微創手術。
經與醫療團隊溝通後，最後決定進行達文西機器手臂微創手術。術後第 4天出院，目前恢復狀況良好，持續回診追蹤。
何志明提醒，女性若有像是非生理期出血超過 1週等不正常出血，或是陰道出現不正常血絲狀分泌物、子宮積膿、貧血等，都可能是子宮內膜癌的前兆，應特別留意，尤其是有子宮內膜癌、乳癌、腸癌及卵巢癌家族史的婦女、大腸直腸癌史、接受停經後單獨雌激素荷爾蒙治療者等高風險族群，出現相關症狀更應盡快就醫確診。
