排骨酥4塊60元被罵爆 老闆娘無奈回應...
一名網友近日到羅東夜市逛街，購買一份60元的排骨酥，後來才發現裡頭竟然只有4塊肉，民眾還向店家再次確認，沒想到對方竟回答「不然你買100元啊！」，氣得她將照片貼到網路，也引發網友熱議。對此，店家回應，小包原本要價100元，只是女子想買更小份量的，才會賣她60元，她強調「都是真材實料」。
這位民眾在臉書「宜蘭知識+」PO文，從照片中可以看出，這4塊排骨酥居然要價60元，民眾澄清「真的不是吃剩的」，當下她還以為自已看錯，還向老闆詢問「只有這樣而已嗎？」，遭對方回「不然你買100元啊！」，她也痛批，老闆真的很「坑」，不管是不是被當作陸客，這樣都很沒道德。
遭批賣太貴，老闆娘也感到無奈，她表示，原本排骨酥小包為6兩賣100元、中包12兩賣200元，而當天民眾認為小包吃不完，想買更小的份量，她才會以3兩60元賣給對方，自己當下也不想賣60元，因為怕會被嫌少，老闆娘強調，已經賣10年的排骨酥了，價格都沒有漲價，她用的肉都很大塊，絕對是真材實料。

戴勝益技癢 願當新住民餐飲顧問
【台灣醒報特派員劉東皋台中報導】王品集團前董事長戴勝益「技癢」？台中市民政局8日邀請王品前董事長戴勝益到台中市新住民藝文中心舉辦益品書屋的巡迴書展，期間戴勝益順口答應民政局長周永鴻，未來只要新住民在餐飲事業問題上有需要，他願意擔任顧問。
周永鴻打蛇隨棍上說，民政局會先邀請他擔任顧問；未來將配合戴勝益開設相關課程。益品書屋的巡迴書展，主要以餐飲相關書籍為主，且主題設定為「餐飲／翻轉孩子的未來」，與戴勝益過去創辦的餐飲事業王品集團相關。
戴勝益指出，由於多數新住民所開設的餐飲店都只有一家，未能連鎖經營。但「一家不成事業，只是工作；八家才是事業，需要經營知識」。他也說，台灣民眾很喜歡新住民的餐飲口味，希望藉由書屋的推廣，鼓勵新住民走出來，創造自己的餐飲事業。
他舉自己創辦王品的經驗為例，在台中文華高中附近開設第一家店時，營業額有限，但隨著第二家、第三家逐漸開設後，開始以盈利開設更多家。開設多家餐飲連鎖店後，重要的是透過一個系統創造獲利模式。他表示，不要吝嗇於同仁分享，可採取分紅入股方式整合團隊人才。
民政局長周永鴻說，新住民在台灣的人口已超越原住民人口數。多數新住民從事的是餐飲或美容美髮業。鼓勵新住民閱讀，可以幫助他們提升知識、改變觀念、創造價值。
