妙齡女常無預警昏倒 原來神經傳導系統失常
20歲女大生屢次在家中昏厥，但休息後又無大礙，頻率多到讓家人深感不對勁；無獨有偶，一名國中生參加朝會時昏厥，不慎撞傷頭部造成撕裂傷，兩位患者就醫檢查後均確診為迷走神經昏厥所致，醫師提醒，發生迷走神經昏厥時只要平躺休息，改善腦部血流不足狀態，即能恢復正常。
亞洲大學附屬醫院心臟內科主治醫師許楹奇表示，迷走神經昏厥多半於患者站立時發作，如上述大學生早上起床上廁所時，在馬桶上昏厥，在陽台曬衣服時也曾昏厥；國中生則先是在教室被老師罰站，因已久站一陣子，隨後到操場參加朝會，昏厥撞傷頭；也曾有年輕女性患者每當吃完早餐，就會發生昏厥，更有學生搶綠燈快跑過馬路後，停下休息時，突然一陣暈眩，差點昏倒。
許楹奇指出，迷走神經昏厥是一種良性的昏厥，好發於十多歲到40歲的年輕族群，主因是迷走神經過度興奮，抑制交感神經，造成心跳過慢、血液輸出量減少，當腦部血液灌流不足，就會因此暈倒。通常患者暈倒後，只要平躺休息，讓血液進入腦部，患者就會自動醒來，目前醫界尚無有效根治辦法，只能避免暈倒時發生撞傷等意外。
許楹奇提醒，當患者就診時，會先詢問詳細病史，並排除腦部、心臟相關疾病後，再透過傾斜床檢查確診，方式為讓病人躺在檢查床上10分鐘，將床頭向上傾斜80度，持續監測心律及血壓，通常床傾斜時，迷走神經昏厥的患者並無反應，當注射交感神經刺激劑後，血壓和心跳出現迷走神經昏厥的典型變化即可確診。
昏厥的原因眾多，包括心因性疾病如心律不整、嚴重心臟瓣膜疾病，或腦神經疾病如癲癇，故家族中有心臟病或猝死病史的民眾，發生昏厥後，應盡速赴醫找出誘發原因，才能避免發生任何危及生命的情況。
許楹奇建議，當患者出現暈眩徵兆時，可透過雙腿交叉站立，並將雙手相扣向外拉，提高血壓，避免昏厥，平時也可多做深蹲，多攝取水份及鹽分，避免脫水、久站、過度情緒起伏、酒精、利尿劑等使用，就能預防迷走神經昏厥的發生。

近6成反對蔡連任 若賴參選勝算大
【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】總統蔡英文放眼2020年競選連任恐出現危機！根據綠營新台灣國策智庫31日發布的最新民調顯示，有57.7%的民眾不支持蔡英文競選連任，唯有國民黨推派黨主席吳敦義參選才有勝算。東華大學民族事務與發展學系教授施正鋒分析，民進黨推派賴清德參選2020勝算最大，即使加入台北市長柯文哲參選總統，國民黨不論推派誰，賴都能勝出。
新台灣國策智庫31日公布最新民調，蔡英文滿意度31.1%，不滿意度較4月上升6.9%，行政院長賴清德的滿意度為40.6%，但不滿意度也較4月份上升9.4%；在2020總統大選部分，高達57.7%民眾不支持蔡競選連任，但若派出賴清德，國民黨不論推派吳敦義、朱立倫或馬英九參選，甚至連柯文哲都參選，賴勝選機率都比較高，可說是民進黨的王牌。
不過，民調指出，雖有51.6%的民眾不支持台北市長柯文哲參與2020總統大選，但若柯參選總統，柯文哲還是能以40.0%贏過蔡英文的27.1%、吳敦義的18.3%；若馬英九回鍋參選，柯文哲仍以33.8%居冠、馬英九27.8%、蔡英文則墊底25.9%；但若民進黨推派賴清德，賴清德將以36.8%居冠，贏過柯文哲的34.3%與吳敦義的15.5%。
東華大學民族事務與發展學系教授施正鋒分析，近6成反對小英連任，以及黨內將她與賴神PK，蔡支持度僅23.4%，幾乎只有賴的一半（48.6%），兩者都顯示蔡英文已經呈現跛腳狀態。此外，蔡英文競選連任恐只贏過吳敦義，推派賴清德對民進黨而言勝算最大，可贏過吳、朱、馬3人，且與朱立倫差距最小。
施正鋒表示，加入柯文哲因素後，只要蔡英文競選連任，國民黨不論派誰，柯都可說是「完勝」；但若是賴清德參選，就有機會擊敗柯文哲。他也提到，現在民進黨內醞釀讓賴神去當小英副手的聲音，但施正鋒認為，這樣恐會犧牲賴清德的政治生命，此外，民進黨另一批黑馬陳菊的動向，是未來值得關注的地方。
台灣北社社長李川信則分析，蔡英文民調聲望持續低迷，原因出自全面執政兩年來，用人始終猶豫不決，民眾對於內政改革也充滿失落感，蔡想藉賴清德拉抬氣勢效果有限。他認為，總統應該是以國防外交為主軸，內政部份則放手給賴清德處理，至於2020總統大選，李川信認為要在年底選完後再觀察會比較明朗。
此份民調於27日至28日以住宅電話進行調查，全國總共完成1068份有效樣本，在95%信心水準下，抽樣誤差為正負3個百分點。
