The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. 紐約安良工商總會日前在曼哈頓華埠舉行2019年度職員選舉，由陳逸民當選自治會長、中文書記為何兆祥、外交為江雋嵐和伍家明、財政為陳穩強。

該會表示，將於20日(周四)在紐約總會所揭曉美國安良工商會全美各分會互選的聯選會長名單，同時也將公布紐約總會的聯選會長名單和四位當選幫辦名單，才算完成紐約安良工商總會新年度的職員選舉，26日(周三)在該會會所舉行2019年度職員就職典禮。

紐約華翁車禍拍下瘀青照逆轉獲賠有望

一名華翁不久前在法拉盛提重物過馬路時與汽車相撞，倒地後腳趾骨折，但由於司機、警察和目擊者都稱是華翁自己摔倒，讓他原以為求償無望；但當他找到律師並提供整條大腿瘀青的照片後，案情反轉，律師表示有望幫他索賠。

黎保利律師事務所律師吳聖洋28日說，60多歲的趙先生不久前來到律所，表示他在法拉盛過馬路時，被一輛汽車撞倒在地，導致腳趾骨折；但由於事發太快，他也不確定到底是怎麼發生的車禍，而司機、警察和當時的目擊人又都稱並非汽車撞他，是他自己摔倒，令他束手無策、無處說理。

不過好在趙先生提供了一張他在出事後隔天拍攝的腿部照片，顯示整條腿都是瘀青，肯定是被車撞才會出現這麼大面積的瘀青；這為他打官司提供了有力證據，目前該官司仍在進行中，趙先生很可能獲得賠償。

吳聖洋說，由於警察報告不能當作呈堂證據，而打官司又需要提供所有細節，他建議民眾在發生車禍等意外後，應立即拍攝受傷的身體部位，證明傷處是車禍所致，以增加打贏官司的概率。
