聯合報：九合一選舉戰鼓催 30元賄選標準將調整
聯合報9日報導，法務部長邱太三8日表示，賄選案件態樣百變，法務部會蒐集法院判決研析標準，再召集全國檢察長開會制定統一規範後公告，讓候選人明確知道「什麼叫做賄選」；檢察總長江惠民也表示，昔日選舉文宣品30元上限的查賄辦案參考有無調整需要會加以檢討。行之多年的查賄標準，預料將有所改變。

中國時報：軍火巨鱷齊聚高雄 搶6千億國防大餅
中國時報9日報導，由台灣國防產業發展協會與美台商會共同舉辦的「美台國防論壇」，明天將在高雄登場，這是台美國防廠商首度在台交流，被軍火界視為大事；由於蔡政府積極推動國防產業，軍方官員推估，依政府已宣布計畫，國防大餅至少6千億以上，這也是各國軍火商齊聚高雄，參與論壇的真正意圖。

自由時報：拒檢逃逸最高重罰3萬
自由時報9日報導，駕駛人請注意，交通法規又有重要的變革！警方追緝拒檢逃逸駕駛，經常上演驚險畫面，甚至導致重大傷亡，但現行法律對拒檢逃逸，最重僅裁罰6千元，遠低於拒絕酒測的9萬元；立法院8日三讀通過「道路交通管理處罰條例第60條條文修正案」，未來駕駛人遇警察「拒檢逃逸」者，罰鍰將從3千元至6千元，提高為1萬元至3萬元，並吊扣駕照6個月；累犯除直接開罰3萬元，並吊扣駕照一年，以嚇阻拒檢逃逸歪風；警政署表示，有助於維護執勤員警與廣大用路人安全。
