賴揆坐輪椅挺輔具 力推長照2.0
【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】賴清德參觀輔具展時，坐上一輛電動輪椅，並操控於原地轉圈，大讚輪椅性能優異！ATLife臺灣輔具暨長期照護大展19日開幕，行政院長賴清德時表示，台灣今年進入老年化社會，長照2.0格外重要，會依據總統蔡英文指示，從社區化服務開始，進而推展至鄉鎮，衛福部也已將輔具納入給付項目，更建立輔具租賃制度，要讓民眾「看的到、用的到、找的到」。
ATLife臺灣輔具暨長期照護大展於19日至22日，在台北南港展覽館盛大登場，由熱情的雙人輪椅國標舞拉開序幕。全館超過180家涵蓋高齡照護﹅身心障礙﹅醫療復健輔具醫材品牌，展出500個攤位，2000種輔具，規模創歷史最高。今年ATLife再添嶄新元素，彙整長期照護常見痛點，限量發行照護者必備『長照12問產品指南』，希望協助照護及被照護者選對﹅用對輔具，與世界重新互動。
「『長期照顧12大哉問產品地圖』是全球首創的輔具指南，內含超過300筆長者運動復健及出門﹅居家生活自立等介紹，幫助民眾挑選合適輔具。」主辦單位的陽明大學輔助科技中心主任李淑貞指出，此次更搭配現場專業輔具評估人員、物理治療師﹅職能治療師、呼吸治療師、義肢裝具師及政府單位，提供廣大需求者衛教﹅福利補助諮詢服務。另外，還邀請日本廠商分享介護保險輔具制度變革等資訊。
「今年65歲以上人口數破14%，使我國正式邁入高齡社會，並預計於2026年成為超高齡社會。」賴清德致詞時指出，在此社會背景下，蔡英文總統就任時提出「長照2.0」，目的也是為解決這日趨嚴重的社會問題。蔡總統認為長照服務須從社區化開始，要讓民眾「看的到、用的到、找的到」，將醫療、社會服務及復建等結合，她並指示未來各鄉鎮或行政區域，均應有平價、機構式的長照服務。
賴揆強調，為落實長照2.0服務，已將輔具納入給付項目，並建立新的輔具租賃制度。今年已有30處輔具租賃服務所，明（108）年將增至38處，另有111個服務據點、19輛巡迴服務車，提供諮詢、修復及收回等服務。他並肯定台灣輔具業者的創新，目前台灣輔具設計並非閉門造車，而是根據民眾需求研發，與社會進行回饋、互相激盪，讓功能更完善。
